  • I have a big family. How many carts can I have for my weekly pickup?

    We understand the needs of larger families, and we're happy to provide you with up to three carts for your weekly pickup. Each cart has a standard size of 95 gallons, offering ample space for your household waste.

  • Do you offer pickup for businesses?

    Absolutely! We offer pickup services for both residential and commercial customers. Whether you're a small business or a larger establishment, we can tailor our services to accommodate your specific needs.

  • Do you offer recycling?

    While recycling is not currently available in the Athens area, we remain committed to exploring eco-friendly options. We're continuously evaluating opportunities to introduce recycling services in the future.

  • Do I need to use trash bags?

    Yes, we encourage bagging your trash before placing it in the dumpsters or carts. Bagging helps prevent loose trash from being scattered and makes the pickup process more efficient.

  • What areas do you service?

    We specialize in serving rural routes in the West and Southwest areas of Athens, as well as locations such as Malakoff, Cayuga, and parts of Tennessee Colony. Please contact us for specific information on the areas we cover.

  • Can you provide large roll-off dumpsters?

    We do not offer roll-off dumpsters at this time. However, we have a range of dumpster sizes available, including 2, 3, 4, and 6-yard options, to meet your waste disposal needs.

  • Does the schedule change around holidays?

    We pride ourselves on reliable service, and we strive to maintain our regular pickup schedule throughout the year, including most holidays. You can count on us to ensure your waste management needs are met consistently.

  • What payments do you accept?

    We accept payments in various forms, including debit and credit cards, checks, cash, and money orders. We strive to provide flexible payment options to accommodate your preferences.

  • How can I make payments?

    Making payments is easy and convenient. You can drop off your payment at our 24/7 drop box located at 10387 FM753, Athens, TX 75751. Additionally, you can make payments over the phone or through our secure online payment portal on our website.

  • When are payments due?

    Payments are due by the 1st of each month. We kindly ask that you ensure your payment reaches us on time to avoid any inconvenience.

  • Are there late fees?

    Yes, there is a late fee of $5 for payments received after the 5th of the month. We encourage timely payments to avoid incurring any additional charges.
